Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Maintain, administer and upgrade computer networks, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and configurations for local and remote users
• Document and create network diagrams at the property level
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
• Respond to help desk request tickets in a timely manner and in accordance with SLA guidelines
• Record, track and document the help desk request resolution process including actions taken through to the final determination
• Provide onsite and remote support while communicating regularly and effectively to end users
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and issues
• Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings and conferences
• Maintain user accounts in Active Directory/Azure
• Evaluate innovative technology solutions
• Create documentation for staff for training purposes
• Tier 2 and unresolved tier 1 tech support for CMI/CPC employees
• Other duties as assigned

Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC) is a non-profit community investment company based in Raleigh, NC, with the mission to provide communities affordable housing and opportunities for growth and revitalization by investing in qualified tax credit products throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic. CAHEC Properties Corp (CPC) a non-profit affiliate of CAHEC, is based in Columbia, SC. CPC owns, acquires, rehabilitates, and develops affordable apartment communities in the southeast and mid-Atlantic. CPC’s mission is to expand the availability of quality affordable housing and maintain a portfolio of affordable housing that provides excellent service to residents, investors, and communities.
CPC is responsible for (i) structuring, negotiating, and closing new and resyndicated development projects, (ii) providing owner representation for properties owned by CPC and its affiliates, and (iii) acquiring affordable properties that are at risk of removal from the affordable housing stock. Through its affiliates, CPC is the Managing Member or General Partner for over two hundred and thirty multifamily affordable housing communities and, in this role, is responsible for the physical and economical oversight of each property. Specifically, CPC is responsible to ensure all applicable compliance is maintained, the physical condition of each property is at a high quality, all local, state, and federal reporting requirements are met, and financial commitments to investors and other stakeholders are maintained. CPC is also responsible for overseeing all property and corporate accounting and finance functions of CPC and its affiliated entities.
• Ability to provide technical advice, guidance and informal training to internal customers using hardware and software programs
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Experience with Halo PSA or other ticketing system
